Putnam County Veterans Service Commission
Who are we?
The Veterans Service Commission was established in 1886 by the Ohio Legislature to assist veterans and their families in time of need. Today, the Putnam County Veterans Service Commission provides financial assistance, referrals, information and assists in obtaining Department of Veterans Affairs benefits. There are many benefits and services available to veterans and their families. However, these benefits are often overlooked or underutilized by those eligible to take advantage of them. The Putnam County Veterans Service Commission exists to provide Information and referrals so that veterans and their families can obtain all the benefits they are entitled to receive.
